Do you have an app?

  • We do, we are so glad you asked! :) Lewis Lane Boutique app can be downloaded for FREE from Google Play or App Store. On the app, you can shop new arrivals, easily shop all our products and view pictures & information for each clothing piece. Make sure your push notifications are on for some surprise messages!

Do you have giftcards?

  • We sure do! you can purchase them online and in store!


What size should I order?

  • We totally understand that all of our beautiful customers are different shapes and sizes but sometimes it is difficult to shop online because you can't always try on!

  • We also try to provide details about each product in the actual description, so don't forget to check there under each item! What payment options do you accept?

  • We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments, and PayPal. We don't accept personal checks, We offer SEZZLE as a payment option for orders over $100! Shop Now, Pay Later with Sezzle in 4 easy, automatic payments and 0% interest! No hidden fees.

How do I apply a promo code at checkout?

  • Just enter your gift card or discount code at checkout in the area where it says "Gift Card or Discount Code" and click apply.

Can I use promo codes with the purchase of already discounted items or sale items?

  • Promo codes and offers cannot be combined with already discounted items or sale items.

Can I use promo codes and/or discounts with gift card purchases?

  • Discounts and promo codes cannot be used for the purchase of a gift card.

How do I check my order status?

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking page to watch the status of your order.


When will my order ship?

  • Once your order is successfully submitted, our amazing team works hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 1-2 business days! We strive for fast shipping.

How much is shipping?

  • Orders over $100 receive Fast & FREE SHIPPING!! If you don't hit that $100 mark, your order ships FAST for just $6.96!

Pick Up In-Store

When can I pick up my order?

Standard orders

  • We typically have pickup's ready for you the Next day or even  the day of! Sometimes we need 1 business day to process and complete your order, but don't worry! You'll receive an email notification as soon as it's ready to go home with you! We have Lockers located on the outside of the boutique that are easy access for easy pickup, each order is placed in the locker by last name, example- last name SMITH - locker S 

Can I add or remove items from my order if it is pickup in store?

  • If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Making a change may delay when your order is ready for pickup, but it's our goal to make things right as soon as possible!

I accidentally selected "Pickup In-Store." Can I change this to ship to my address?

  • Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to make changes to your order! We'll do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can!


  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item.
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only. Returns will be refunded in Gift Card form
  • If items returned are not in the condition in which they were sent, customers will receive a store credit minus the charge to have the item(s) fixed and/or dry cleaned.
  • Sale/Clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
  • All jewelry items are NOT returnable.
  • Shipping charges (original & return) are the customers responsibility.
  • Please include return form shipped with package.


  • To cancel an order you must contact us immediately as we do ship orders very quickly. We will not be able to cancel or refund your order if it was already been processed.
  • 10% cancellation fee will be charged to customer for any cancellations
  • Coupons utilized will not be reimbursed or re-issued

How long does it take to process my return?

  • Once the delivery man drops off your return at our boutique, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. A  gift card will be issued via email to the address used to place the original order 

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned 

I returned an item and have not received my gift card code yet! What do I do?

  • If you have not received an email with your gift card code 5-7 business days after we have received it here, please let us know! You can shoot us an email or call us. Keep in mind that sometimes the email may filter into your junk or spam folder!
