Hey girl! 🤍 Our biggest hope is that when your Lewis Lane package shows up, you open it and instantly fall in love. Like the “yep… I’m wearing this today” kind of love. That’s always the goal around here! But let’s be real for a second… sometimes things just don’t work out the way we hoped (we’ve all had those moments). Maybe the fit isn’t quite right or it just doesn’t give you that “oh this is the one!” feeling. So we’ve tried to make our return process as simple and fair as possible. Nothing crazy here — just a few basic guidelines so everything runs smoothly for our customers and our little small business. Ready? Let’s break it down!

Let's go over the basics! 

You have 14 days from the day your package is delivered to send an item back to us, once those 14 days pass, the item is considered final and can no longer be returned, we always recommend trying your items on as soon as they arrive 

Your return needs to come back to us in perfect condition. Tags still attached, no deodorant marks, no perfume, and definitely no signs it already went out for girls’ night. 😉 Shoes also need to come back in their original box.

Things we can’t accept

  • Items that look like they’ve already been loved a little too much (worn, washed, stained, stretched, or damaged… you get the idea).
  • Returns sent after the 14-day return window.

If something shows up late, we’ll have to send it right back your way and the return shipping will be on you. We wish we could make exceptions for everyone, but shipping adds up quickly and we work really hard to keep our prices fair for you.

So do your future self a favor — set a reminder, mark your calendar, stick a note on the fridge… whatever works! Just make sure that return heads back to us before the 14 days is up, bestie. ⏳💕

How to Send a Return Back -Sending something back is pretty simple!

1️⃣ Be sure to place your name and order number inside the package so we know exactly who the return belongs to.

2️⃣ Drop the package in the mail and send it back within the 14-day return window. After that timeframe passes, we unfortunately can’t accept it.

3️⃣ Once your return arrives, give us a little time to get it processed. Returns usually take a few days to work their way through our system. If we have to track down your order because the order number wasn’t included, it may take a bit longer.

We always do our best to take care of returns as quickly as we can, but we’re a small team working hard behind the scenes ,  So thank you for being patient while we get everything taken care of.

We truly try to keep returns easy when something doesn’t work out. At the same time, we do have to protect our little boutique and keep things fair so we can continue bringing you all the cute styles you love. 💕

* Sale & clearance items – If you grabbed it on sale, high five for the great deal! But anything marked down like doorbusters, flash sales, or items purchased with a discount code are final sale and can’t be returned.

* Gift cards – Gift cards can’t be returned or exchanged.

*Jewelry & accessories 

* Leggings, yoga pants & biker shorts – These are final sale as well. Once they leave the boutique, they’re yours to keep.

* Pre-ordered items – Since these are ordered specifically for customers, they are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds? Nope. But Store Credit? Absolutely!

We don’t offer refunds back to the original payment method. Instead, approved returns will receive store credit. This helps us keep things running smoothly and allows us to keep bringing you great styles at fair prices. Think of it as a second chance to grab something else you’ve had your eye on… because let’s be honest, there’s always another cute piece waiting for you here. ✨

 

Damaged Item? 

If your item arrives looking like it had a rough ride with the delivery truck, please email us within 3 days of delivery so we can take care of it. After that timeframe, we’ll assume everything arrived safe and sound.

Exchanges?

At this time we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’re needing a different size or item, simply place a new order and send back the piece that didn’t work for you.

    I returned an item and have not received my gift card code yet! What do I do?

    • If you have not received an email with your gift card code 5-7 business days after we have received it here, please let us know! You can shoot us an email or call us. Keep in mind that sometimes the email may filter into your junk or spam folder!
