All U.S. orders ship at a flat rate of $7.50, no matter how much you purchase. Even better, if your order totals $125 or more before tax, you’ll automatically receive FREE standard shipping. This allows you to shop confidently, knowing that your shipping costs are always predictable and never a surprise.

We pride ourselves on getting your orders to you quickly. All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours. Business hours are considered Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey straight to your doorstep.

For our local customers, we’re happy to provide a FREE local pickup option in Splendora, Texas. Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll prepare your order for you to grab at your convenience. This option is not only cost-effective but also allows you to receive your items even faster.

Returns & Exchanges

We truly hope you love every purchase from Lewis Lane Boutique. However, if something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags still attached.

• Eligible returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Returns will be issued in the form of store credit only. No cash or card refunds are provided.

There are certain items that are considered Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return:

1. Pre-order items – These are ordered specifically for you and cannot be returned.

2. Sale and clearance items – All discounted merchandise is final sale.

3. Customized or special-order pieces – Because these items are made uniquely for you, they cannot be returned.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. This includes both the original shipping fee and the cost of sending items back to us.

How to Make a Return

If your purchase meets the eligibility requirements above, initiating a return is simple. Fill out the Return Form provided on our website or within your order confirmation email. Once your request has been submitted, you’ll receive detailed instructions on where to send your item and how to ensure it is processed quickly.

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued to your customer account. You’ll then be able to use that credit toward any future purchase, either online or in store.
